Rank and title are two intricate parts of the Sun Tzu Warriors clan. Without this structure there is no easy flow of information, order or cohesion between members. Sun Tzu Warriors uses a variation of the U.S. Navy insignia and title structure. This is because the majority of clan members either were in the military or served in some manner. Here are the ranks and titles within Sun Tzu Warriors. All ranks are achievable up to E6 and must serve at least 90 days in said rank to keep it. Ranks above this are achieved by holding a position within the clan.
Time in rank is established on a time served basis. Once you become a recruit you must serve 2 weeks at that rank. It gives you a chance to meet more members and decide if Sun Tzu Warriors is for you. Once completed you will be promoted to E2. From there each rank requires 90 days of service (E2 - E6). Upon reaching the E6 position you can only recieve a promotion to a higher rank by obtaining a position in the clan. Once you've taken a position you'll be promoted to the new rank held by that office and have a 90 day probationary status. When the 90 days is reached the position is permanant and the rank is held even if you drop that title and position. Ranking up from this position requires 90 days each time. For a list of all ranks gohere.
Rank and Title within Sun Tzu Warriors is a great honor and not achieved easily. One must dedicate themselves to the rules by which we are governed, use them in game play and above all enjoy helping others ingame!
Traditional enlisted ranking in the USN (United States Navy) is as follows: (Strikers) E1 - Seaman Recruit, E2 - Seaman Apprentice, E3 - Seaman,(Enlisted) E4 - 3rd Class Petty Officer, E5 - Second Class Petty Officer, E6 - First Class Petty Officer, (Senior Enlisted) E7 - Chief Petty Officer, E8 - Senior Chief Petty Officer, E9 - Master Chief Petty Officer.
